Diploma of Information Technology

The Diploma of Information Technology is the first step towards completing your Monash IT degree. IT is central to every industry – creating more efficient ways to work, engaging ways to reach customers, and establishing powerful ways to communicate. By studying IT, you’ll have the skills you need to succeed in the changing world of technology.

As part of the Women in STEM Diplomas (Part 2) program, you will study the same subjects as first-year University students and develop your specialist knowledge.

Pre-requisites: Units 1 & 2 – satisfactory completion of two units (any study combination) of General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods or Specialist Mathematics (25 in units 3 & 4 in Australian Year 12 Maths Methods or Specialist Maths or equivalent is required for Computer Science)
