Program overview
Our blended Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918) is a nationally recognised training program (RTO Provider Number: 45061) that is designed to build leadership and management capability within people leaders by engaging them with practical learning activities for immediate application in their work environment.
Using a combination of self-paced online learning, face to face workshops, self-assessment, personal reflection, mentoring and coaching, and workplace assessments, our program touches on multiple learner interfaces that enhance an individual’s learning and application experience.
Duration: 12 months
Delivery Mode: Blended
Pre-requisites: There are no formal prerequisites as such, however for participants without team leading or supervising experience, we recommend appointing an experienced workplace mentor.
