An employer's experience

It started with a simple email to Monash Professional Pathways for our initial search for a marketing intern. The first intern placed with us is now a full-time employee of Pepperl+Fuchs and looks to have a very bright future indeed.

Since then, we have been able to place two further engineers from Monash Talent and, through the Monash pathways system, we have a further mechanical engineering intern with us at the moment.

The people we have dealt with at Monash Professional Pathways have been quite intuitive in understanding our specific needs and have pleasingly worked with us throughout the process showing great patience and flexibility.

We now have three young, talented people who work for us full time, who are enjoying and relishing their opportunity and working extremely hard for us. We are proud of them and we are proud of our association with Monash, through Monash Talent, Work Integrated Learning and the Monash Professional Year, which provide us access to excellent graduate talent.
